# Delete a Summon

Delete and Archive have different outcomes:

- **Archive** hides content and allows it to be restored.
- **Delete** permanently removes content.

Before deleting, save any text or image you need and check the Summon's World connections, Collections, Equipment, and chats. Open the Summon you own, locate the current Delete action, and read the warning before confirming. Do not substitute Archive when permanent removal is intended.

The exact action location and warning can vary by content type and permission. If Delete is unavailable, confirm ownership or Shared World permissions and contact Support rather than disconnecting related content at random.

Wait for deletion to complete, then refresh the Library. Deleted content may not be recoverable.
