# Manage Collaborators

Use **Manage Members** to review active collaborators, pending invitations, roles, and permissions.

## Open Manage Members

1. Open the Shared World.
2. Open **Menu**.
3. Tap **Members**.

The view includes **Active** and **Pending** sections, Owner and member entries, and a refresh control.

## Edit an active member

1. Open **Active**.
2. Select the edit control beside the member.
3. Review the role and individual permissions.
4. Save the changes.

## Remove a member

1. Find the person under **Active**.
2. Tap the remove control.
3. Review and confirm the removal.

## Cancel a pending invitation

1. Open **Pending**.
2. Find the invitation.
3. Tap the remove control and confirm cancellation.

Pending invitations cannot be edited. Cancel the pending invitation and send a new one if the role or permissions need to change before acceptance.

## Troubleshooting

- Use the refresh control if a recent acceptance has not moved from Pending to Active.
- If Members or an edit control is unavailable, check your assigned role and permissions.
