# Publish, Share, Archive, and Manage a World

> Control a World’s visibility, sharing, timeline, and archived content.

Publish an eligible World to make it public, or share its link through your device’s share sheet.

## Publish a World

1. Open the World.
2. Open **Menu**.
3. Tap **Publish**.
4. Follow the current confirmation flow.
5. Wait for the success state before leaving the page.

The Publish control is verified in the World Menu. If the app shows an eligibility warning, follow the current on-screen requirements; older fixed minimum counts may no longer apply.

## Share a World

1. Open the World.
2. Tap **Share**.
3. Choose a supported app from the system share sheet, or tap the copy control.
4. Send or paste the World link.

## Archive a World

1. Open a World you own and open **Menu**.
2. Tap **Archive** under Moderation.
3. Review the **Archive World?** warning and its list of linked Locations, Characters, Weapons, Armor, Items, and Spells.
4. Tap **Archive**, or **Cancel** to leave it unchanged.
5. Wait for the progress state and success banner, then return to **My Worlds**.

Archiving makes the World private and archives its linked content, but does not delete it. The World remains in your Library with **Summon is Archived**. Normal content lists and creation actions remain unavailable until it is restored.

## View the World timeline

1. Open a World you own.
2. Open **Menu** and tap **Timeline**.
3. Review events for the selected day.
4. Tap the calendar control, move between months, and choose a date to review that day’s activity.
