Contacting Support #

  • In-App Support: Open the Menu tab and select Contact Us to send us a message directly.
  • Email Assistance: For account-related inquiries or technical support, email us at support [at] summonworlds.com.

Account & Access Issues #

  • Recover Your Account: If you’re unable to log in, go to Menu > Account Details > Need to recover your account? This will guide you through the recovery process.
  • Restore Purchases: If a previous purchase isn’t reflected in your account, go to Menu > Restore Purchases to sync your transactions.

Troubleshooting & Resources #

  • Clear Cache: If the app isn’t performing as expected, clearing the cache may help. You can do this under Menu > Clear Cache.

  • Suggest Features & Report Bugs: The best place to submit ideas and flag issues is in our Discord community. We regularly review feedback to improve the experience.
