Effects
Memory Absorption
Once per day, the pendant can absorb a mortal's most intense recent memory (joyous or tragic), erasing it from their mind and preserving it inside the glass. The Hollowborn can draw on it to fuel spells or restore 2d8 + 4 hit points.
Memory Backlash
If the pendant is shattered, all the stolen memories burst free at once, overwhelming everyone within 30 feet with a psychic whiplash effect. Creatures must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or take 3d8 psychic damage and be stunned for 1 minute.
Memory Preservation
The pendant can store up to 3 memories at a time. If the pendant already contains 3 memories, any new memories absorbed will replace the oldest one.
