Leech Mask

This unsettling mask is crafted from the dried, leathery skin of a rare species of leech. The mask's hollow eyes and gaping maw give it a distinctly sinister appearance, with dried tendrils and suckers dangling from its edges. When worn, the mask adheres tightly to the wearer's face, its tendrils writhing and pulsing as if the leech were still alive. The mask's true power lies in its ability to drain the vitality of those the wearer comes in contact with. As the wearer moves, the mask's suckers latch onto their skin, siphoning away small amounts of life energy. This stolen vigor is then channeled into the wearer, granting them enhanced stamina and resilience. However, the Leech Mask is not without its drawbacks.
