Delete your Summon Worlds account
You can permanently delete your account in the Summon Worlds app or request deletion from our support team if you cannot access the app.

Delete your account in the app
- Open Summon Worlds and sign in.
- Open the account menu, then select Account details.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
Cannot access the app?
Email our support team to request account deletion. When possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Summon Worlds account. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account.

What happens after a verified request
Your Summon Worlds sign-in is removed, and personal data associated with your account is deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You will lose access to the account, including its private Summons and chats. Public content and contributions to Shared Worlds may remain when needed to preserve those shared experiences, but account identifiers are removed or replaced with a label such as “Deleted User.”
Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or email suppression. Data in backups is deleted or de-identified through the normal backup-retention process.
We will respond to privacy-rights requests as early as possible and within the period described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Cancel an active subscription separately
Deleting your Summon Worlds account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store. Cancel it through the store where you subscribed before deleting your account to prevent future renewals.
