Magical effects
lightning shield
As a reaction to being hit by an attack, the wielder of the Thunder Box can activate a lightning shield. The attacker takes 2d8 lightning damage, and the wielder gains resistance to lightning damage until the end of their next turn.
illusory terrain
The Thunder Box can create an illusory terrain within a 30-foot radius centered on the box. The terrain appears real and can be used for cover or to deceive enemies. The illusion lasts for 1 hour.
thunderous blast
Once per day, the Thunder Box can unleash a thunderous blast in a 15-foot cone. All creatures in the area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 thunder damage and be pushed 10 feet away from the box.
