Nestled in the northeast of the continent, it is a haven for the highest concentration of elves and gnomes, who have long thrived within its verdant groves, luscious forests, and sweeping plains. The land is a natural paradise, fed by the frozen peaks that give rise to the magnificent Lazuli Lake. Yet, this paradise is not without its challenges. Nature in Arria can be both breathtaking and deadly, and the elves have learned to embrace this duality. Empress Verena Landarria, ruler of the shining city of Mithras, has dedicated her reign to the restoration of elven values, keeping the magic of the land itself concealed from prying eyes. However, her efforts have not been as grounding as expected, leading to a continued growth of High Elves and Wood Elves within and outside her lands, as well as an increasing migration of gnomes and halflings. Complicating matters further, many of Arria's own people have settled within the lands of men, leading to the birth of new generations of elves with no connection to the verdant homelands of their ancestors. Empress Verena fears the looming threat of the beastfolk countries that encroach ever closer, and ironically, her only hope for defense may lie in the very humans she seeks to avoid.
