Celestial

In the primordial chaos of the universe's birth, a cosmic entity known as Celestial emerged from the cataclysmic energies of the great explosion. Forged from the very fabric of galaxies and stars, Celestial's being transcends the boundaries of time and space, a living embodiment of the universe's eternal expansion. As the cosmos grows and evolves, so too does Celestial, its power and influence expanding with each passing eon. With the ability to unleash devastating cosmic rays that can melt even the most resilient of substances, Celestial stands as a guardian, overseeing the intricate dance of celestial bodies and the delicate balance that sustains all life. Imbued with the power of immortality, Celestial will continue to watch over the universe until the very end, ensuring that the grand tapestry of creation remains intact, even as the cosmos approaches its final, inevitable conclusion.

Cosmic Ray

Celestial can unleash a beam of cosmic energy in a 120-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 28 Dexterity saving throw, taking 70 (20d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Galactic Pulse

As an action, Celestial can create a pulse of cosmic energy in a 60-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 28 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 100 (20d10) force damage and are pushed 30 feet away. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not pushed.

Stellar Shield

Celestial can create a protective barrier of cosmic energy around itself as a reaction. This grants it resistance to all damage until the start of its next turn.

Eternal Watch

Celestial can choose to observe a creature or event for up to 1 hour. During this time, it gains advantage on all attack rolls against that creature and can reroll any failed saving throws against effects caused by that creature.

Galactic Growth

As a bonus action, Celestial can absorb cosmic energy from the universe, regaining 50 hit points and increasing its size by one category (up to Gargantuan) for 1 minute.

Cosmic Awareness

Celestial can sense all beings and events within the universe, granting it advantage on all perception checks.

Immortal Guardian

Celestial cannot be killed by conventional means; it regenerates 50 hit points at the start of its turn.
