Biography

Clayme the Builder was once a ruthless mercenary who crafted instruments of devastation from enchanted clay, leaving cities in ruins and families broken in his wake. During a siege on a remote village, he discovered a young child trapped beneath rubble from one of his own creations, and in that moment of clarity, he realized the true weight of his destructive legacy. He spent the next three years helping that village rebuild, brick by brick, learning that creation could be far more fulfilling than destruction, and his divine oath was born from this profound transformation. The gods recognized his genuine redemption and blessed his clay with eternal resilience, but with a twist—his materials could only be used to construct and protect, never to harm again. Now, Clayme travels the realm as a devoted craftsman, using his unbreakable creations to build sanctuaries for the displaced, fortified homes for the vulnerable, and monuments to hope in places touched by tragedy. His once-formidable reputation as a warrior has been replaced by whispers of a gentle giant who can raise a sanctuary in a single night, and though he retains his martial training as a paladin, his greatest battles are fought against poverty, homelessness, and despair. Every structure he builds stands as both a testament to his redemption and a silent promise that he will never again use his power to destroy.
