It was a bitter irony for one destined to carve his name into the annals of history. ​As a sovereign progenitor, he commanded a conceptual sorcery known as the Earthly Arts—the power of absolute, immediate mastery over every weapon ever forged. Whether a blade, a bow, or a gun, a single glance was all Orochi required to grasp its inner workings, conjure it from the ether, and wield it at the absolute pinnacle of its lethal potential if the situation required it—though the intensity of this magic reduced each weapon to dust upon its final stroke. ​To refine this terrifying gift, he spent centuries wandering the farthest reaches of Japan, amassing martial knowledge and unrivaled combat experience. As his prowess grew, so too did his legend; drawn by his overwhelming charisma, legions of warriors rallied to his banner until he finally settled in the Musashi province, founding his own sovereign clan. ​Yet his thunderous ascension ignited the wrath of the Eastern warlords. The Yamatai clan of Tōhoku and the dreaded triumvirate of Mitsunari, Matsunaga, and Murakami from the Chūbu region forged an alliance to crush him. Though surrounded on all sides, Orochi never faltered, unveiling his ultimate technique: the Earthly Armament. ​Entering a state of absolute, trance-like concentration, Orochi cast aside all morality and distraction, encasing his form in divine black and crimson armor crowned by a golden demonic crest.
