Epic Wheezel

Epic Wheezel was born in the liminal space between dreaming and waking, an accidental creation spawned when the Dream Crafter dove into the nightmares of a restless Mythical and became so thoroughly tangled in the creature's fevered visions that neither could remember who had dreamed whom into existence. Trapped within an ornate golden cage that materialized from the depths of that shared fever dream, Wheezel developed a peculiar sensitivity to the boundaries between reality and imagination, learning to navigate both realms through chaotic bursts of inspiration and unpredictable performance. Their feathered form—half-bird, half-something older and stranger—compresses and contorts within their container-home, a jack-in-the-box existence that mirrors their fractured origin, and they've grown fond of the sudden, explosive releases that come with existence on the knife's edge between worlds. As a wandering bard, Wheezel trades in stories that blur the line between truth and tall tale, their sneezes and sudden movements accompanied by cascades of iridescent feathers that seem to carry fragments of stolen dreams. No one can quite pin down whether Wheezel's chaotic nature stems from their dreamborn conception or if the creature simply refuses to choose between sanity and wonder, chaos and melody. What remains certain is that wherever this enigmatic being performs, the audience leaves uncertain whether they've witnessed a concert or been caught in someone else's fever dream.
