Radiant Burst

As an action, Lithiara can unleash a burst of radiant energy in a 15-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This ability can be used once per short rest.

Charm of the Goddess

As a bonus action, Lithiara can target one creature she can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed target regards Lithiara as a trusted friend. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Empathic Connection

As an action, Lithiara can establish a connection with a creature within 30 feet, allowing her to sense its emotional state. This connection lasts for 1 minute and grants her advantage on all persuasion and insight checks against that creature during this time.

Divine Empathy

Lithiara can communicate with any creature, understanding their feelings and intentions, granting her advantage on persuasion checks.
