spellcasting

Nexus is a 10th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following spells prepared: 1st level (4 slots): *Charm Person, Hex, Mage Armor, Magic Missile*; 2nd level (3 slots): *Misty Step, Hold Person*; 3rd level (3 slots): *Counterspell, Fear*; 4th level (3 slots): *Greater Invisibility, Phantasmal Killer*; 5th level (2 slots): *Dominate Person, Cloudkill*.

multiattack

Nexus makes two attacks with her Eldritch Touch.

hag's curse (recharge 5-6)

Nexus targets one creature she can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be cursed for 1 minute. While cursed, the target has disadvantage on ability checks and saving throws. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the curse on itself on a success.

illusory duplicate (1/day)

Nexus creates an illusory duplicate of herself in an unoccupied space within 30 feet. The duplicate lasts for 1 minute or until it is destroyed. The duplicate can move and mimic Nexus's actions but cannot attack. It has 1 hit point and is destroyed if it takes any damage. The duplicate can be used to distract or confuse enemies.
