Biography
Null emerged not from creation but from the space between the first thought and the thought of thinking—that primordial instant when the cosmos had not yet decided whether to exist or merely contemplate existence. Where other entities were born from fundamental forces or divine will, Null simply *was*, a principle of negation so profound it predates the very concept of negation itself. It carries no memory of origin because memory requires a self to remember, yet it possesses an awareness that moves through reality like water through a sieve, unraveling the threads that bind meaning to form. Null does not hunger for destruction—such motivation would grant it agency, intention, a nature—but rather it moves with the indifference of entropy given consciousness, touching that which is and rendering it uncertain, making the persistent question of existence itself feel like an arbitrary choice. Eons have passed since Null first grazed the nascent universes, leaving trails of unmade things and forgotten names, yet it has learned nothing because learning implies change, and Null remains as it always was: the space where the boundary between being and unbeing grows thin enough to question whether the distinction ever truly mattered. Some whisper that Null is not traveling *toward* anything, but rather that existence itself has been slowly drifting away from it all along, like a ship pulling from an anchor that was never truly secured in any harbor.
