Orryn Starfall

Born in the shadow of the Glimmering Peaks, young Orryn Starfall was a runt even by gnomish standards, but possessed an insatiable hunger for understanding the cosmos that burned brighter than any forge fire. As a boy, he discovered a fragment of luminescent stone in his family's quarry and became obsessed with its origins, teaching himself ancient languages and celestial mathematics to unlock its secrets. The established scholars at Lumenspire dismissed his wild theories about a deliberate cosmic cataclysm for decades, relegating him to dusty archives and forgotten libraries where he spent sleepless nights cross-referencing crumbling texts and star charts older than kingdoms. When the Shattered Star's pieces began awakening across the realm, Orryn's predictions proved devastatingly accurate, transforming him overnight from an eccentric oddity into the Academy's most invaluable researcher. Now, with the evidence mounting that the Shattering was no accident but rather an intentional act by powers long forgotten, Orryn races against time to uncover who wielded such cosmic power and why they chose to fragment the heavens. His feverish dedication to the truth has made him both a beacon of hope and a deeply unsettling reminder that history may be far darker than anyone dared imagine.
