Overkill was once a ruthless warlord, feared and revered for his unrelenting brutality on the battlefield. Target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 6d8 psychic damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.

Infernal Fury

As an action, Overkill can unleash a wave of fire in a 30 ft. cone. Each creature must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
