Penelope the goddess of Love

Penelope can choose up to three creatures she can see within 60 feet. Each target regains 30 (6d8) hit points and gains advantage on their next attack roll or saving throw before the end of their next turn.

Malicious Wrath

Penelope targets one creature she can see within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 20 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 55 (10d10) necrotic damage and is cursed for 1 minute. While cursed, the target has disadvantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws.

Aura of Love

Creatures within 30 feet of Penelope have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.

Divine Retribution

Penelope can unleash a wave of divine energy. Each creature of her choice within 30 feet must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 40 (9d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Love's Embrace

On initiative count 20, Penelope can create an aura of love in her lair. All allies within 60 feet regain 10 hit points and gain advantage on their next saving throw.

Heart's Call

On initiative count 20, Penelope can summon spectral hearts that swirl around her lair. Each enemy must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of their next turn.
