Character
Pirate Hellskin
Captain Nathaniel Greed was a merchant sailor whose appetite for wealth consumed every fiber of his being. No treasure was too distant, no trade route too treacherous, and no rival too formidable to stand between him and fortune. His legendary voyages across the seven seas left a trail of sunken vessels and plundered coastal towns, each conquest feeding an insatiable hunger that no amount of gold could ever satisfy. When death finally claimed him during a mutiny he orchestrated over a disputed jeweled artifact, Nathaniel expected the afterlife to reward his ambitions. Instead, the infernal depths welcomed him with chains and torment, assigning legions of demons to ensure his eternal suffering. Yet even damnation could not contain Nathaniel's avarice. Rather than languish in punishment, he began systematically robbing the very treasuries of Hell itself, overpowering lesser demons and hoarding their essence-stones and cursed relics. His greed became so legendary that even the archdemons grew weary of his presence, recognizing that his lust for plunder posed a greater threat to their dominion than any rebellion. Desperate to rid themselves of this pestilent scourge, the lords of the abyss performed a dark ritual, binding his corrupted soul back into a decaying corpse and casting him upon the earthly seas as an eternal curse. Now known as Pirate Hellskin, his decomposing visage—marked by a rotting mustache, a tarnished eyepatch, and a single golden tooth that glimmers with infernal malice—serves as a harbinger of doom to any captain unfortunate enough to cross his path.
