Biography
Born beneath the aurora borealis in a forgotten realm where ice and magic intertwine, Polar Bear was conceived when a dying ice mage poured their final enchantment into the cubs of a great white matriarch, granting them sapphire eyes that could pierce through blizzards and the strength of mountains. Unlike others of its kind who hunted purely for survival, Polar Bear developed an unusual conscience after witnessing a human family starve in the frozen wastes and choosing to share its kill rather than chase them away. The creature's razor-sharp claws and formidable speed, honed through countless seasons of survival, became tools not merely for dominance but for protecting the vulnerable wanderers who occasionally crossed its vast territory. Years of solitary wandering transformed Polar Bear into a guardian of the frozen lands, using its incredible power to break apart poachers' camps and guide lost travelers toward distant settlements. When a band of adventurers arrived seeking a legendary artifact buried in the perpetual ice, Polar Bear recognized in them the same desperate hope it had once seen in that starving family, and chose to aid them despite the danger. Now bound by oath and genuine friendship, Polar Bear fights alongside them, channeling its formidable combat prowess toward a greater good, proving that even the fiercest predator can possess the gentlest soul.
