Mind Bind

Raqnee can attempt to bind the mind of one creature she can see within 60 ft. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw or be incapacitated for 1 minute. They can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns.

Evoke Ancient Tome

Once per long rest, Raqnee can summon an ancient tome to gain advantage on all spell attack rolls and saving throw DCs for 1 minute. During this time, she can also cast one spell without expending a spell slot.
