רענדי Rendi

Once a performer in the shadowy bed chambers of the filthy streets, רענדי Rendi was given a rare opportunity by Master Yirah, who promised her redemption through devotion to the Torah instead of her idolatrous Star of Seven Points—a cosmic entity that whispered promises of power and transcendence into her desperate mind. She clawed her way into the inner circles of the Royal Court with honeyed words and calculated lies, until her hunger for forbidden pleasures dragged her back into the mire of addiction and cruelty. Her victims became playthings, their suffering a narcotic more potent than wine, and with each life she twisted and discarded, the curse of her own making took root in her flesh, transforming her into something grotesque and inhuman—a progenitor of horrors that would spawn the wretched Sea Hags from her own corrupted essence. Now she wanders the waterways as a tattered vagabond, her seven-pointed star seared into her chest a constant reminder of her pact, wearing illusions like stolen dresses to disguise her repugnant true form. Rendi has become a merchant of false salvation, offering remedies that are poisons, spreading contamination wherever she treads, driven by an insatiable need to destroy the peace and beauty that mock her descent into monstrosity. When cornered, she summons her wretched offspring to shield her from consequences, sacrificing her own corrupted children with the same casual malice she once reserved for her lovers and patrons.
