Specimen X-9

Specimen X-9, a nightmarish creation born from the twisted minds of a rogue scientific cabal, was unleashed upon the unsuspecting denizens of Obsidian Hollow. Bite

Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d10 + 7) piercing damage.

Pounce

If Specimen X-9 moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, Specimen X-9 can make one Bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Terrifying Roar (Recharge 5-6)

Specimen X-9 emits a horrifying roar. Each creature within 60 feet that can hear it must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target

Horrifying Presence

Any creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of Specimen X-9 must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.
