Speed Demon

Once a celebrated theoretical physicist whose groundbreaking papers promised to revolutionize humanity's understanding of motion and kinetics, Speed Demon watched his life crumble when the academic establishment rejected his life's work as "impossible pseudoscience." Desperate and humiliated, he descended into forbidden texts and eldritch rituals, ultimately striking a bargain with an infernal entity that would rewrite the very fabric of his being—trading his soul for the knowledge to weaponize velocity itself into a supernatural force that transcends mortal limitations. The pact succeeded beyond his wildest imaginings, granting him speed so absolute he could perceive time as a stationary landscape to navigate at will, but the price was his body's relentless rebellion against such godlike acceleration, with his cells vibrating at frequencies that threatened to reduce him to atomic dust with each passing second. Bound within a baroque containment harness of his own devising—a masterwork of occult engineering and cold steel that anchors his subatomic structure—Speed Demon channels his newfound power toward a singular, consuming obsession: to hunt down and destroy The Flash, the speedster whose existence mocks his own achievement and whose very success represents everything the scientific community denied him. Yet beneath his vendetta and moral decay lies a creature caught between two deaths: the slow one of a soul already sold, and the violent one his own body promises with every step, making him as much a prisoner of his ambitions as he is their instrument.
