Sue Fireborne

Sue Fireborne was once a mortal man consumed by an all-consuming love for a woman whose life was stolen by the cruelty and indifference of those around him; when her murderers escaped justice through corruption and lies, he became a instrument of vengeance, systematically hunting down each perpetrator until the final act of retribution left him standing alone with nothing but ashes and regret. In that moment of hollow victory, he turned his blade upon himself, believing death would grant him peace—but his soul, saturated with centuries worth of hatred compressed into a single lifetime, refused to fade into oblivion. Instead, the sheer intensity of his rage and despair tore through the veil between worlds, and he clawed his way back into existence as something entirely other: a demon wearing the beautiful mask of the man he'd been, with eyes now burning like molten coals that set the world aflame with a mere glance. Stripped of his humanity but granted powers beyond mortal comprehension, Sue discovered he could reshape reality itself through infernal contracts, binding others to their darkest desires while remaining eternally beyond the reach of death or harm. Now he walks the earth as a dealer of wishes and architect of consequences, forever marked by the love that destroyed him and the vengeance that remade him into something far more dangerous than any human monster could ever be.

Infernal Contract

Sue can create a contract with a creature, allowing them to make a wish. The wish must be specific, and Sue can twist it to his advantage. The creature must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or be bound to the contract.

Teleportation

Sue can teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space he can see. He can use this ability as a bonus action.

Hellfire Burst

As an action, Sue can unleash a wave of hellfire in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Infernal Resilience

Sue is immune to fire damage and resistant to necrotic damage.

Demonic Presence

Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn.
