Though her tiny form barely reached the span of a hand, she possessed the ancient wisdom of her mother and the compassionate spirit of her father, her emerald eyes gleaming with the understanding that she was born not merely as a creature, but as a guardian of the most precious thing any soul could possess—the memories that defined us. Sumire discovered her purpose in those early moments of consciousness, watching the way each violet flower seemed to hum with the echoes of forgotten love, triumph, and cherished bonds. She began her sacred work naturally, tending the gardens with a devotion that transcended simple gardening, understanding instinctively that every petal she nurtured, every drop of enchanted dew she gave, was an act of defiance against oblivion itself. Her cheerful voice filled the sanctuary as she encouraged blooms to flourish and guided butterflies to pollinate the flowers, treating each plant as though it held someone's most treasured moment. When her mother and father watched her work with such gentle dedication, seeking their praise and affection, Sumire became something unprecedented in the annals of draconic history—the first Violet Dragon, a bridge between the eternal and the ephemeral, a tiny spirit whose greatest magic was reminding the world that what we love, what we remember, and what we cherish can never truly fade away. {Sumire (菫) is a tiny dragon-newt spirit born from the first bloom of the legendary Violets of Remembrance, the miraculous flowers created through the combined efforts of Midoriryū and the summoned hero Yūjin Shinrinryū. Though her body was woven from Midoriryū’s life force, the love, compassion, and cherished memories that gave birth to the flowers also shaped her gentle heart, making her the living spirit of remembrance and hope. Standing barely twenty centimeters tall, Sumire has long violet hair adorned with an ever-blooming Violet of Remembrance, bright emerald-green eyes inherited from Midoriryū, delicate antler-like horns, a tiny dragon-newt tail, and wears a charming purple kimono embroidered with violet blossoms and leafy patterns. Cheerful, affectionate, and endlessly curious, she happily tends the sanctuary’s sacred gardens by watering flowers with enchanted dew, guiding butterflies, gathering seeds, and encouraging blossoms to flourish through gentle nature magic. After watching the loving families of the Shinrinsei Clan, she naturally calls Midoriryū “Mama” and gradually comes to see Yūjin as her beloved “Papa,” eagerly seeking a head pat and words of praise whenever she finishes caring for the flowers. Sumire believes every Violet of Remembrance protects someone’s precious memory, and she lovingly nurtures each bloom so that neither flowers nor the memories they carry will ever fade from the world, making her the first Violet Ryū (菫竜, Sumireryū) ever recorded.} Character details: Class - Druid, Alignment - Neutral Good, Faction - Kurogane Shogunate, Gender - female.
