Now a captive asset of the crime boss who owns his debt, Finch exists in a precarious limbo, dependent on a daily cocktail of suppressants and narcotics just to maintain a quasi-human shape and function. Without his chemical leash, his body threatens to bloat and contort into something barely recognizable—a grotesque fusion of man and fattened fowl. Inject a target with a serum. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Flight of Fancy

Gain a flying speed of 30 ft. for 1 minute. This ability can be used once per short rest.

Avian Reflexes

Gains advantage on Dexterity saving throws and initiative rolls.

Resistant to poison and disease due to his altered biology.
