Biography
Born in 1823 to a declining English noble house, the man who would become known as The Dark Aristocrats inherited nothing but debts and a crumbling estate, forcing him to confront the bitter reality that his bloodline's glory had long since faded into obscurity. In 1887, desperate and consumed by resentment, he discovered an ancient grimoire hidden within his ancestral library detailing a profane ritual that promised eternal vitality through the consumption of human essence, and he devoted himself entirely to perfecting this dark art. Using his remaining wealth and cunning, he established himself as a legitimate vintner and acquired an aging factory in the industrial heart of London, where he constructed an elaborate occult apparatus hidden beneath layers of legitimate wine production. For over a century, he has orchestrated a meticulous dance of calculated tragedies—worker accidents, industrial mishaps, and unexplained disappearances—all carefully orchestrated to harvest the blood and fractured souls of the unfortunate, which he transmutes into bottles of exquisite wine through forbidden alchemy. Each evening, he uncorks a single bottle, savoring the dark vintage that keeps him perpetually frozen at the appearance of fifty, his reflection in the mirror a permanent monument to his bargain with oblivion. The Dark Aristocrats has mastered the art of shadow and discretion, ensuring that no investigation ever traces back to him, allowing him to drift through high society and the criminal underworld alike as merely another eccentric collector of fine wines. His true identity remains buried beneath layers of false names, shell companies, and carefully erased records, a ghost of aristocracy who has transcended mortality itself through the most terrible of prices.
