Plague of Ash
The Soul-Ash Prophet unleashes a wave of ash in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also blinded until the end of their next turn.
Corrupted Anchor Stone
As an action, the Prophet can channel the power of the corrupted anchor stone, creating a 60-foot radius sphere of necrotic energy centered on himself. Creatures within the sphere must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 54 (12d8) necrotic damage and be paralyzed until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not paralyzed.
Soul-Ember Summon
The Soul-Ash Prophet can summon 1d4+1 Soul-Embers (use stats for a Will-o'-Wisp) as a bonus action. These embers act on the Prophet's initiative and can attack as a swarm, dealing 14 (4d6) necrotic damage to a target within 30 feet.
