cosmic gaze
The Star Men fixates their gaze on a creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
starlight shift
The Star Men shifts their form, becoming incorporeal and gaining resistance to all damage except force for 1 minute. During this time, they can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. They take 5 (1d10) force damage if they end their turn inside an object.
