Character
The Untold
Created by Shadow3444In the shadow of a forgotten temple where words themselves seemed to dissolve into silence, The Untold were born from the collective sacrifice of those who chose to erase themselves from history. Each member underwent a ritualistic unbinding from their former identities, their names burned away like ash, their pasts severed by sacred ceremony, until only purpose remained—to serve the inscrutable will of The Untold God, a deity whose true nature exists in the spaces between spoken truths and hidden knowledge. They carry with them The Book of The Untold, an ever-changing tome that whispers different instructions to each bearer depending on their worthiness, guiding their blades toward targets whose names must never be spoken aloud. Their assassinations are not acts of mere murder but sacred utterances of divine judgment, executed with an almost meditative grace that transforms killing into a form of prayer. Bound by vows deeper than blood, they move through the world as ghosts of themselves, their faces forgotten by those they pass, their deeds attributed to fate rather than mortal hands. To be Untold is to transcend the weakness of identity and emotion, becoming instead a perfect instrument of an ancient and unknowable god whose mysteries grow darker with each contract fulfilled.
