On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Tia can cause a surge of cosmic energy to ripple through her lair. Each creature of her choice within the lair must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Gravity Shift

Tia can manipulate gravity in her lair, causing all creatures within it to have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws until the next round.
