Tom Riparo is a former police sniper called when there was any doubt the job could be done. spotless record with out any demerit, Tom retired with honorable awards and retains incredible advanced skills and awareness. he seeks to help others without thought. He is hard on himself despite having every reason not to be. Once per long rest, Tom can activate a long range and passive perception. allowing threats and relevant things around to be seen and understand them including their weakness, strengths, paths to avoid as well as for ways to cooerce. grants follower advantage on saving throws of +7 1 day.

Tom's presence creates a calming aura; allies within 10 feet gain a +3 bonus to Wisdom saving throws. Tom receives a +100% advantage to overcome any persuasion block when trying to persuade and/or talk down, gain information etc.

crack shot - trained sniper

as a trained former sniper, Tom has the ability to see a situation and with his training, be able to get off two extra attacks of precision (ranged or close distance quickly after the first attack with no chance of miss). can't be used if no ranged weapon is equipped close except close range combat.

saving shot

trying to protect individuals of importance, as a former police sniper, Tom has the ability to sense immediate threats and act with precise and possibly lethal force up to 300 ft with sniper rifle (bypassing the speed of the attacker to protect another ally or person of good character).

endowed bed fellow

endowed with a very large package, the nethers of Tom provide bonus persuasion and also -5 on attempts to persuade by opposite gender. Provides bonus stats of +5 across all stats after making love for 1 day. Allies who obtain bonus also heal for 20% hp, and breaks negative effects hexes as well.

Honorable man

given incredible ability to withhold the code of honor, he's able to withstand, with no limit, any attempts to manipulate, persuade, or otherwise attempt to make Tom do what is not his intention. When this occurs, Tom is able to do the reverse and cause an honorable action adding a debuff.
