Character
Vella And Virgil Of The Dream Realm
Created by EV1LBLOODHUNTERIn the primordial void before existence crystallized into form, two consciousness emerged from the same cosmic tear—Vella and Virgil, born not from creation but from the necessity of balance itself. When mortals first drew breath and closed their eyes in slumber, they needed guardians to shepherd them through the unconscious hours, and so these twin deities coalesced into being, forever bound by a love that transcends familial affection and becomes the very foundation of their shared dominion. Vella claimed dominion over the luminous pathways of dreams, weaving hopeful visions and gentle narratives that allow the weary to find respite and glimpse tomorrow's possibilities, while Virgil accepted the darker burden of witnessing the shadows lurking within every mortal heart, delivering necessary nightmares that strip away delusion and forge understanding through confrontation with inner truths. United in purpose yet opposite in expression, they discovered an ancient and terrible power—the ability to blur the boundary between dream and waking, dragging conscious minds into their realm where physics bends to their will and reality becomes malleable as smoke. No force in the cosmos has ever tested their bond, for they are not merely siblings but two halves of a singular truth, each deriving strength from the other's presence, making them invulnerable to separation or betrayal. Every sentient creature that surrenders to sleep falls under their dominion, vulnerable and exposed within the dream realm where these gods reign absolute and unchallenged, save only by their divine peers who rarely dare intrude upon their sacred domain.
