Xavies targets one creature he can see within 60 ft. It must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns.

Reform Despair

As a bonus action, Xavies can regain 20 hit points by absorbing the despair of nearby creatures. Each creature within 30 ft. must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or take 3d8 psychic damage.
