Character
Yukitachibana
Created by EternalPanda7938Yukitachibana was once a territorial ranger who patrolled the borderlands between the material realm and the ethereal planes, tasked with maintaining strict order along the dimensional thresholds. When a forbidden summoning ritual tore through his checkpoint, he was caught between worlds—his body consumed by the tear while his consciousness fractured into pure essence, leaving only his disembodied face suspended in the liminal space. His golden, feline eyes retained their predatory sharpness despite his transformation, allowing him to track trespassers and anomalies with preternatural precision across the invisible boundaries he once guarded. Embracing his new existence with cold pragmatism, Yukitachibana joined the Floating Faces, a collective of similar entities devoted to enforcing a twisted version of order through surveillance and selective intervention. He drifts along the borders with methodical patience, using his ranger's keen instincts to identify those who would breach the dimensional walls, and he shows no mercy to violators—viewing their transgression as a personal affront to the boundaries he has sacrificed everything to protect. Though he operates within the collective's sinister agenda, Yukitachibana maintains his own rigid code, believing that absolute control and lawful domination of the borderlands is the only way to prevent catastrophic incursions from either side.
