Save or download a Summon when you need a local copy for reference or sharing outside the app. Available actions can differ by platform and content ownership.
Save a local copy
- Open the Summon. Select the content and image you want to keep.
- Open the share or actions menu. Choose Save or Download when shown.
- Allow photo or file access if requested. Grant only the platform permission needed for this download.
- Choose the destination. Save to Photos, Downloads, Files, or the destination offered by the device.
- Confirm the file. Open the destination and verify that the download completed.
Troubleshooting
The download fails
Check device storage and the app’s photo or file permission, then retry once. Use the share sheet as an alternative when it offers a valid save destination.
Save or Download is missing
The action may depend on platform, ownership, or content visibility. Use Share a Summon or contact Support for the current limitation.
