The card serves as both a puzzle and a trial—one of fifty-four mystical cards that grant the holder either escape from this cursed place or dominion over it. The trial associated with this card, known as "Gas on Gas Off," is a game of wit and perception where players must navigate ten sealed chambers, each containing a caged bird that reveals the presence of deadly toxins. Armed with only a gas mask and seven air canisters, contestants can afford but two mistakes before succumbing to the lethal fumes, which cause a gruesome and agonizing demise.
