This prismatic gem hangs from a silver chain and gleams with an otherworldly radiance. When activated, the talisman bends and focuses light in remarkable ways, responding to the wielder's intent. You can use an action to direct its power toward a creature or area within 60 feet, choosing one of three effects. First, you can concentrate the light into a brilliant flash to blind a target, forcing it to make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn. Second, you can diffuse the light gently to illuminate an area up to 30 feet in radius with bright light, with dim light extending another 30 feet beyond that. Third, you can concentrate the light into an intense beam to scorch a creature, dealing 2d6 fire damage to a target you can see within 60 feet. The talisman regains all expended uses at dawn. While wearing it, you have advantage on saving throws against being blinded. The talisman shines with a faint glow even when not in use, making it difficult to conceal.
