This grotesque artifact consists of a pair of massive dentures wrought from blackened steel and forged in the image of some primordial beast's terrible bite. The teeth are wickedly serrated and misaligned in a predatory snarl, each one honed to a murderous edge and reinforced with malevolent enchantments that allow them to penetrate both mundane armor and arcane defenses alike. When called upon, the dentures animate and hover menacingly before the wielder, snapping with violent ferocity at any foe within reach. The jaws possess an unnatural ability to expand to monstrous proportions just before delivering a devastating bite, then contract back to their portable form as if the expansion never occurred. A sinister crimson luminescence seeps between the teeth whenever hostile creatures draw near, serving as both a warning and a hunger-driven beacon. Those who dare to wield this cursed implement find themselves slowly enthralled by its bloodlust, as the dentures grow ever more eager to feast on their enemies.
