Ebony Mirror Of Warin
This ornate handheld mirror is crafted from polished ebony and framed in tarnished silver filigree, its surface reflecting light with an otherworldly shimmer. One of thirteen legendary mirrors created by an ancient sorcerer to commemorate the defeat of the demon lord known as the Ebony Fang, this artifact retains fragments of its original teleportation magic. When you speak the activation chant while gazing into the mirror's depths, you are instantly transported to a location previously locked within the mirror's memory—though the destination if not set by you may remain unknown until you arrive. This mirror was carried by Princess Olivia Warin through countless trials, inspired by her father who traded one with a demon lord for true love and when he was teleported he met the late Queen Louise Warin, the final words from her mother during a catastrophic magical conflagration that consumed their kingdom was to use the mirror. Each use of the mirror requires you to make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw; on a failure, you are transported to a random location within 100 miles rather than the intended destination. The mirror can be used once per day, and it grows warm to the touch after activation, cooling only after one hour has passed. Legends whisper that the mirror carries the weight of Olivia's desperation and sorrow as she lost it during the magical teleportation. If found, it sometimes it occasionally shows visions of the grey, desolate lands where Olivia is stranded. This item is considered a very rare magical artifact and requires attunement.
