Scream Box
Created by JackCarrotMysterious wooden box. Holds the screams of thousands. Powers = open box causes intense screams to be emitted stunning, horrifying and deafening causing emotional turmoil in those who hear the screams. If slightly opening the box a person may scream into it, adding their scream to the box's repertoire of screams. This is dangerous (risk of damage and permanent loss of voice) but may be incredibly therapeutic. When closed very quiet muffled screams are heard from within the box. Some say the box is a portal to another dimension.

Magical effects
Muffled Screams
While the box is closed, it emits muffled screams that can be heard within 10 feet. This provides advantage on Insight checks made to detect deception within that range.
Add a Scream
As an action, a creature can slightly open the box and scream into it. The creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage and risk permanent loss of voice. On a success, the creature adds their scream to the box's repertoire, which can be used in future Scream Emission effects.
Scream Emission
When the box is opened, all creatures within a 30-foot radius must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take 3d6 psychic damage and are not stunned.
