Tempest Filament

Created by GABRI44

This ornate scroll is bound in deep cobalt leather adorned with thorned patterns that seem to writhe when viewed peripherally. When unfurled and its protective case is opened, wisps of cloud and miniature lightning arcs dance above the parchment's surface, creating localized weather phenomena no larger than a hand's breadth. The ancient text inscribed upon it details the sacred pilgrimage route that master craftsmen have traveled for centuries to retrieve this artifact from its hidden sanctuary. Scholars believe the scroll's power grows stronger during storms, as if it draws energy from the tempests raging across distant lands. The thorned binding serves both as protection and warning—those who handle it carelessly find themselves pricked by invisible barbs of static electricity. Whispers among adventurers suggest that following the pilgrimage path marked within its pages reveals secrets about the scroll's true origins and unlocks additional enchantments. This is a treasure sought by both wizards and clerics alike, for its weather-working capabilities prove invaluable in times of great need.
