This unique device is specifically designed to scan codes on the boxes and containers of the Multidimensional Warehouse. When activated, it emits a brilliant blue ray that both binds the package and releases it to the new owner, making it an essential tool for navigating the complex and otherworldly inventory of the warehouse. If needed it can also shoot out blue laser rays that can burn you from the inside out leaving a charred mess in its wake. The reason it is considered to be from Hell though is if you carry it longer than ten hours you will be sent to oblivion.
