The bandits have effectively imprisoned Boris behind the bar, forcing him to serve endless rounds of ale and spirits while his hands shake visibly and his eyes betray his despair. The gang members, perpetually intoxicated and emboldened by their stolen dominion, demand that Monty play an endless rotation of bawdy songs and rowdy ballads, forcing both patrons and staff into unwilling participation in their revelry.
