# The Great Phoenix Guild Nestled within the bustling city of Alstia, which stands at the heart of Pandora's Ring, the Great Phoenix Guild rises as one of the most renowned adventuring institutions across the realm. This magnificent structure, constructed from sturdy stone and aged timber, serves as a beacon for heroes and aspiring adventurers seeking to prove their worth and earn glory. The guild's walls proudly display countless banners commemorating legendary monster hunts and completed quests, inspiring all who pass through its gates. Any wanderer may approach the main counter to accept contracts or petition for membership, though only those bearing the Phoenix Guild's seal gain access to the restricted chambers deeper within. The heart of the guild houses an extraordinary training hall where both arcane magic and martial prowess are honed to perfection, protected by powerful enchantments woven into every stone to withstand the tremendous forces unleashed during rigorous training sessions. The guild is presided over by the legendary master known as Johnny the One Slice Star, whose formidable reputation draws countless ambitious souls hoping to study under such a distinguished leader. Divine intervention guides the guild's operations, with the gods themselves aiding in the communication of distress calls from distant villages and towns threatened by outlaws, monsters, and dark forces. Crowning the guild's highest tower stands an awe-inspiring crest depicting a magnificent phoenix locked in eternal combat with a dragon, flames erupting from the beast's chest as the mythical bird tears forth its glowing rib.
