From this sinister spire, the sorceress Morgana exerts her iron grip over the entire region, perpetuating the darkness that chokes the land. The once-magnificent city of Lortalan has been transformed into a haven for fanatical cultists and twisted heretics who serve Morgana's dark designs, their devotion deepening the corruption with each passing day.
