Spell
Autoanathema
This powerful spell, Autoanathema, forces the target to make a challenging DC25 saving throw. Upon a successful save, the target suffers from 1 level of exhaustion and is unable to use their hit dice to heal themselves until they receive the effects of Lesser Restoration or a stronger spell. However, a failed save results in the target becoming their own worst enemy. The target will slowly begin to self-destruct or ruin their own lives, gaining the "Autoanathamatic" condition. This condition is exceptionally difficult to remove, requiring the use of the Wish spell, the blessing of a major deity, or the effects of Remove Curse for an entire month. The Autoanathamatic condition causes the target's highest possible rolls to be considered the lowest, which is usually a 1. this means crit rolls are impossible as they become crit fails (though if the crit range has been increased by some means then those are still crits, this only affects the highest possible #). Additionally Anathematic afflicted creatures cannot restore their own hitpoints and any action that results in an effect which would restore their own hitpoints, instead permanently reduces their MaXHP by the value rolled. The exception being they can use HitDie during a long rest to restore hitpoints but only if they also have the Exausted condition. Anathamatic also prevents the use of spells or features that expend or consume a resource unless the afflicted has taken an action of any kind which results in the afflicted either taking damage or getting a negative affect less than 1 hour previously.

Effects
The target must make a DC25 saving throw. On a success, they gain 1 level of exhaustion and cannot use hit dice to heal until affected by Lesser Restoration or a stronger spell. On a failure, they gain the 'Autoanathamatic' condition, which causes their highest rolls to be treated as the lowest, doubling their chance of critical failures. They cannot recover hit points unless exhausted and cannot recover from exhaustion through rest unless they take a temporary debilitating flaw. If they lose all exhaustion levels, they take damage equal to their character level multiplied by the number of classes they have.
