As long as a creature is restrained, it takes 3d8 slashing damage at the start of each of its turns. The restrained creature can use an action to make another Strength saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. When cast with a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 5th. This spell summons a relentless spectral onslaught, binding your enemies in an inescapable grip of rusted steel and ethereal bindings.
